You are lucky to be finishing your course at a time when the job market is buoyant. However, you may feel that you are not only spoilt for choice but slightly confused about the type of company you want to work for. Obviously a good salary and benefits package is important, but you probably also want to be sure that you will receive great training and have some fun at work!
