In order to effectively meet the needs of our clients, it is vital that we recruit
the right people and ensure that not only do they provide an excellent service but
also that they feel valued, challenged and stimulated by their working environment.
We aim to support professional and personal development as much as possible and
help staff find a role that not only reflects their professional skill but also
satisfies their personal ambitions. With this aim in mind we have launched the the
Academy.
Social Life
Our aim is for staff to not only find their individual roles challenging and satisfying
(worthy though that is) but also to have fun at Watts!
When asked, most people say that one of the most enjoyable things about their job,
is the people they work with. And if you want to join a business that will not only
provide you with job satisfaction but offers a good social life outside work, we
think we've got what you're looking for.
Apart from the usual after-work drinks, we also organise team and whole-office events
throughout the year, including an annual, all-expenses-paid party in London. There
is usually a theme and, as you can see, people really throw themselves into it!
We are always on the look out for keen athletes as various offices have football
and netball teams that play in local leagues. You do not have to have played before,
just turn up and have fun.
