Watts have a previously established relationship with the client through similar office refurbishments in Central London and was appointed to manage the refurbishment of the second and third floors of 22 Conduit Street. The project involved a full strip out replacement of carpets, ceilings, lighting and decorations; the project also involved installation of comfort cooling.

Watts’ brief was to provide an enhanced office area across two floors of the building to enable the client to let the space to tenants for an increased rental.

The age of the building posed some challenge to the installation, but successful completion achieved a marked uplift in expected rental income for the client.
