Three Piccadilly place is one of the new buildings forming the mixed-use Piccadilly Place development adjoining Manchester's Piccadilly Station. The property is a striking copper alloy clad building providing over 17,400 sq m of grade A office accommodation. The client purchased the building on completion in 2008.
Watts was appointed by the client to undertake an initial appraisal of the proposed development and then to monitor construction quality and programme through to completion.
