Watts was appointed to provide project and development monitoring services for 5 St. Paul's Square, one of the new buildings forming a new commercial district in Liverpool city centre. A striking glass clad building providing 6,300 sq m of grade A office accommodation. The client purchased the building on completion in 2008.
Watts was appointed by the client to undertake an initial appraisal of the proposed development and then to monitor construction quality, cost and programme through to completion.
