Appointed as lead consultant, Watts managed all aspects of the relocation of a Japanese chemical company to their newly refurbished offices. Also required was the creation of an executive boardroom complete with audio-visual and video conference facilities, integrated into a new data and communications installation. Managing a number of stakeholders and third party suppliers from furniture supplies to audio / visual specialists, Watts delivered the completed project on time and on budget.
Watts’ brief was to minimise the disruption to the business during he move, while providing high quality, open plan office space at the company’s new location.
