Watts was appointed by two clients to carry out a technical due diligence inspection of Bierbrouwerstraat 2, Hoogvliet, located in the port area of Rotterdam. This distribution site comprises a two storey office building with two separate warehouses located to the rear of the office space. A central canopy covers the area between the warehouses to protect the goods from the weather.
Watts’ brief was to organise and undertake a quick scan building inspection, mechanical and electrical services installations inspection and roof inspection and produce a report detailing the findings. |
