The Boodle Hatfield project comprises a ‘turn-key’ solution to the fit-out of 3,100 sq m of office space. Watts relocated over 100 partners and staff of an expanding legal practice. The scheme included specialist conference and meeting room facilities (with high levels of sound privacy), a commercial kitchen for in-house catering and a high class reception area. The cellular office space was divided by glazed sliding partitions, which also required high acoustic standards. The design utilises modern techniques and materials, producing a contemporary office environment within appropriate financial parameters.
Watts’ brief was to create new office space to serve the existing and future needs of this prestigious and historic legal practice. The property required a design solution to reflect the historic nature of the firm and its forward-thinking outlook. Watts had a full project management role including premises selection, fit-out and move management. |
