Watts provided project management services at Bruton
Street. The renovation programme involved creating top quality
office space with retail and workshop space on the
lower floors. The project successfully integrated
the modern office space alongside classic
period interiors.
Watts had to consider a number of key issues including:
the sensitive upgrade of a Grade I-listed building, including the
preservation of a mirrored salon at first floor level; coordinating
base-build works with a high quality fit-out by
the retail tenant; and working on a restricted central-London site. |
