Watts carried out
a comprehensive review of the Cristalia
Business Complex, in order to ensure
that documentation complied with
current legislation and standards.
Watts worked with
the client's commercial and legal
representatives to provide a due
diligence survey which focused
on the quality of materials and
the mechanical and electrical installations
offered. The proposed construction
programme was analysed to verify
that works were achievable within
the timescale.
Watts was commissioned
to evaluate the proposed project
as
the client wished to purchase two of the complex's buildings. The buildings will
provide office accommodation, which
will be divided over six floors. The ground floor
will house technical rooms and the reception area to each building. The construction
comprises a pre-stressed concrete frame, a 17-metre floor span and metal and
glass cladding
on the facade. |
