On the back of a due diligence
survey for the client, Watts was commissioned to monitor
the construction of two buildings
at the Cristalia Business Complex.
Quality of material and construction
is a strong theme of the development,
which will include the surrounding
space and underground car parking.
Watts will regularly
visit the site and attend all meetings
on behalf of the client. A monthly
report will be issued in English
and Spanish.
The client purchased two buildings
at the complex following a due
diligence survey undertaken by
Watts. The buildings will provide office accommodation, which
will be divided over six floors. The ground floor
will house technical rooms and the reception area to each building. The construction
comprises a pre-stressed concrete frame, a 17-metre floor span and metal and
glass cladding
on the facade. |
