Watts was appointed by the client to provide development monitoring services for Unit 3, Dublin Airport Logistic Park. The 14,000 sq m development is a purpose-built distribution warehouse for DHL Express, comprising 250 car parking spaces and approximately 50 dock levellers for a high level parcel sorting facility.
Watts’ brief was to carry out an initial appraisal of the scheme, as requested by the client. All the drawings and statutory requirements were commented on, as were the programme and project finance.
