Watts was instructed to inspect four office buildings in Dublin city centre and Dun Laoghaire which were owned by the client. The four properties had been extensively modified with internal partitioning, IT equipment and external plant. Watts' detailed inspection included documenting these modifications and identifying the implications for prospective purchasers. Watts conducted a vendor’s survey for each property and liaised with the vendor's team in order to resolve outstanding issues and address potential queries from purchasers.
The client proposed to sell and lease back four large office premises in the greater Dublin area, commissioning vendor's surveys and reports for the use of prospective purchasers. The client also commissioned a schedule of condition for each property to attach to the new lease.
