Watts was appointed to complete a purchaser's survey of Flygaltsgatan 1-11, Skarpnack. The property comprises a number of single-storey industrial and commercial based units with ancillary office accommodation at first floor level. The buildings are multi-tenanted with occupiers including car garages and logistical distribution. A due diligence survey was completed and reports were presented in English.
Watts' brief was to carry out a due diligence survey and to report on the condition of the properties, together with a detailed assessment of its general features, form of construction and state of repair. Watts was also required to prepare budget costings for the repair and maintenance work and to prepare a fire insurance valuation.
