Foremarke School comprises 22 buildings, variously Grade I and Grade II Listed. The buildings range from early Georgian to late 20th century. In 2006, Watts drew up a rolling maintenance programme for Foremarke School which has occupied the 22 buildings on this site since 1947. The maintenance programme was costed against approximate quantities for a ten-year restoration and regeneration scheme.
Watts was instructed by the client to provide an overall report on the present condition and repair needs of the 22 buildings, both internally and externally.
