Watts was appointed by the client to carry out pre-acquisition surveys of various properties for the Hexagone Portfolio. The project involved the
purchase of a portfolio of five large industrial buildings throughout France. The buildings ranged from 10,000 sq m to 50,000 sq m, both new and
old, and in various states of occupancy.
Watts’ brief was to survey all properties within a challenging timeframe and assist the client with their purchase offer. The client required a detailed
investigation of the sites together with an environmental survey and appropriate projections for capital expenditure in the future.
