The client appointed Watts to provide an early feasibility and cost advice for 15 proposed capital project schemes on a 24 Hotel Portfolio. The schemes encompassed bedroom, ballroom and public area extensions, residential redevelopments and the construction of new spa facilities. The information provided has enabled the client to prepare a five year investment programme for the portfolio, which is currently being implemented.
