Watts was appointed to provide dilapidations advice for the Irish Glass
Bottling site. A priced schedule of dilapidations was prepared for 18 buildings
and approximately 24 acres of land, involving detailed site inspections of each
of the premises and their adjoining land. Three Watts’ surveyors completed the
project in just six days – ensuring all the schedules were received by the
landlord’s legal team well within the allotted site inspection period of two
weeks.
The brief was to prepare priced schedules of dilapidations for the client.
Watts attended both client and solicitor meetings and undertook preparation of
24 separate schedules - one for each of the buildings and six for the 24-acres
of land that was sub-divided into separate zones for ease of inspection.
