Watts was appointed to produce a purchaser’s survey of Kilista 3, 136 Kilista Industriomra. The property comprises a single industrial unit with office accommodation over ground and first floor levels. The building was originally under single occupation but has subsequently been divided and sub-let to a number of different occupiers. Watts coordinated the inspection with the assistance of local support. A due diligence survey was completed and reports presented in English.
Watts’ brief was to carry out a due diligence survey and report on the condition of the property and its services. Details were taken of the form of construction and state of repair, along with suggestions of repairs required. Watts was also required to provide budget costs for the repair and maintenance works and to prepare a fire insurance valuation. |
