Watts' was appointed by the client to provide a condition report and measured survey of the relevant floor levels occupied by National Irish Bank. The condition report highlighted areas of the building structure that required attention and provided a budget cost to carry out the actual repairs to assist in any future refurbishment works.
The client required a written report concerning the form of construction and condition of the internal and external fabric of the structure, together with accurate floor plans which included all furniture layouts. The client planned to refurbish the building at a future date and the preparation of the report and drawings would greatly assist them for future refurbishment works.
