Watts was appointed to complete a purchaser's survey of Bensinen six and Oljan two, both located north of Stockholm. Bensinen six is a modern constructed, multi-tenanted industrial unit. The property is single-storey with limited first floor ancillary office accommodation. Oljan two was constructed in the 1980s and is currently used for information technology and light manufacturing purposes over two storeys. A due diligence survey was completed and reports were presented in English.
Watts' brief was to carry out a due diligence survey and to report on the condition of the two properties, their form of construction and state of repair alongside a detailed assessment of their general features. Watts was also required to prepare budget costings for the repair and maintenance works and to carry out a fire
insurance valuation.
