Watts was appointed to act on behalf of the client in respect of design, contract administration and project management of a proposed office fit-out to a unit in Maynooth Business Park. The works involved the installation of a mezzanine/first floor level to accommodate extra offices, boardroom and toilet facilities. This was to be the client's new HQ following their departure from City Centre offices. More than 30 staff were relocated in the exercise.
Watts' brief was to prepare and design a layout that would suit the clients' requirements; apply and obtain statutory consents such as planning and fire certification; and then implement and supervise the project from inception to completion.
