Watts was appointed to complete a purchaser's survey of Varastotie 6, located 11km south of Tampere in Finland. The property is of 1970s concrete frame construction and the external envelope comprises precast concrete panels. The development is currently being used as a large distribution centre. Accomodation is mainly single-storey with further office accommodation at first floor level. Watts coordinated the inspection with the assistance of local consultants. A due diligence survey was completed and reports presented in English.
Watts' brief was to carry out a due diligence survey and to report on the condition of the properties, and to provide a detailed assessment of the property’s general features, form of construction and state of repair. Watts was also required to prepare budget costings for the repair and maintenance works and to prepare a fire insurance valuation. |
