a pre-acquisition building survey of the first floor
of Vintry House. Initial budget costs and a feasibility study were provided for
the multi-tenanted office premises, in order to meet the client requirements
for layout, quality of accommodation and increased efficiency in property use.
Upon final client approval, a detailed specification was prepared for the new
layout of the premises.
