Watts was appointed by the client, to carry out a technical building survey of an office building in Waalwijk in the Netherlands. Working alongside agents and environmental consultants, Watts carried out an inspection of the mechanical and electrical services installations and a fire insurance valuation of the building.
Watts brief was to provide a full structural building survey, organise and instruct sub-consultants to report on the condition of the mechanical and electrical installations and carry out a fire insurance valuation. Watts also provided costs for repair and refurbishment of the building for eight years, in line with the client’s business plan. |
