Watts used the assistance of its associate office
in Paris for the Antony Trade Park project. From London, Watts
coordinated the work of various sub-consultants, including
locally-based services engineers and the Paris office of Environ
Limited. Issued on schedule, the final report also included costings
to return the various buildings 'into repair', which, together
with a fire insurance valuation for the entire estate, was prepared
by Watts' in-house cost consultants.
The client instructed Watts to undertake a pre-acquisition
survey of the business park, located adjacent to Orly airport.
Watts considered the threat of contamination to the
land by preparing an environmental audit.
The client also required a fire insurance valuation for the whole park. |
