House was occupied on an internal repairing lease for 20 years
by British Telecom. Acting for the Landlord at lease expiry,
we were instructed to undertake a detailed property survey, prepare
and price a terminal schedule of dilapidations and negotiate
a financial settlement against BT for their accrued Diliapidations
liability.
Watts
successfully negotiated a £600k Dilapidations
settlement with BT's advisers, and avoided legal intervention.
This is one of the largest Dilapidations settlements ever achieved
