Watts was appointed to renovate various areas in Las Rozas Esporta Health and Fitness Club. Works consisted of the construction of several new facilities for club members, including a spa area with steam and multifunctional shower, changing rooms and showers, and the general lighting concept. A new kitchen was built to accommodate catering facilities in order to expand the health cafe, and new rooms were built to accommodate a new beauty salon. The changing rooms and crèche were also both renovated and refurbished.
Due to business constraints, all works were undertaken within the club closing hours. To ensure the club was ready for club members, careful attention was taken to the cleaning of all equipment. A tight programme was produced to ensure the project was completed on time. Special attention was taken to critical areas such as the changing rooms to ensure they could be used the following day. |
