The
Club required a complex engineering solution to design a 6,000sqft
mezzanine, over a 12,000sqft ground floor plate, and incorporated
complex drainage and air conditioning solutions, as we were working
within the constraints of a speculatively built retail warehouse
unit. Despite these difficulties, we delivered the project on
time and within the Client's project budget. In November
2000, we handed over Boucher Road, the latest addition to our
Client's expanding Club base in Ireland. We
are now working on a further Club in Ballymena, which will be
opened early Summer 2001, and recently, due to the success of
our projects in Ireland, our instructions have been extended
into Scotland, where we are working on projects in Inverness,
Aberdeen and Kilmarnock. |

Following
an acquisition survey for Fitness First in 1997 on their principal
Fitness Club property in Northern Ireland, a proposal for full Project
Management and Lead Consultant role in Northern Ireland for all capital
projects was approved. Over the last three years, we have continuously
worked with the Client's in-house Project Team based in Poole, with
further fit-out projects in Belfast and Bangor. |
