Harston Mill is the business
and research campus of the Generics
Group - the technology and innovation
company. It occupies a stunning
natural park incorporating a stretch
of the River Cam and low-lying
meadowland. The client was expanding
and commissioned an integrated
extension with high design values
and smart environmental controls.
Watts was appointed
to provide management support in
the delivery of the project.
The client directly managed the
process themselves, but retained
Watts as informed
client consultants. Landscape design
was a special feature of the project.
It incorporated innovative drainage
attenuation and an architectural
scheme that set out to mirror Generics
- technology, innovation and business. |
