10 King William Street was developed in 1975 by BNP Paribas as their UK Head Office. The 55,000 sq.ft. office space was acquired by Taylor Woodrow Developments for full refurbishment. Watts was instructed to provide executive project management services. The subsequent refurbishment gave the building a new lease of life and enhanced nett lettable floor areas. The lower ground floor was opened up into bright new office space, the entrance was transformed with a new, modern welcoming reception area and glass enclosed foyer.

Watts was instructed to plan, organise and manage the team to deliver modern, captivating office space in the heart of the City. Services included: the appointment of the professional team; setting and monitoring the master programme; formulating the brief and quality control; advising on construction economics and financial management; monitoring building completion and commissioning.

Through hands-on management, we were able to deliver the project to meet clients expectations, on budget over a 13-month period.
