Watts was appointed by the client as interim principal consultant to assist in the delivery of a major repairs allocation programme. The client was undertaking an organisational restructure to provide a more efficient service that achieved the targets of the Decent Homes Standard. A specialised team of building surveyors were integrated with the client's team to provide a seamless transfer of knowledge and a comprehensive monitoring of the programme. This included financial reporting and monthly status reports.
As principal consultants, Watts provided a full range of consultancy services including: project management, coordination of client role, lead consultancy monitoring and technical checks, Decent Homes Standard advice, coordination of sustainability review meetings, validation surveys, future programming and procurement advice, and liaision with other client departments. |
