Watts was appointed to re-visit Newlands Shopping Centre, having previously undertaken an inspection for the vendor. The client
required an updated report to identify the issues, and commissioned Watts to liaise with their solicitors to seek assignments of
various previous reports. Watts was also asked to provide concrete tests and to coordinate service inspections.
Watts was instructed to attend site and undertake a survey of the shopping centre. Watts reviewed drainage reports and
undertook an inspection of the newer section of the development, which had been recently acquired by the vendor.
