Watts was instructed by the client to provide commercial building surveying services for the Niort portfolio. The project involved the purchase
of a single building containing four tenancies, which provided light industrial and warehouse accommodation and separate office space.
Watts’ brief was to act as chartered surveyor for the scheme. Duties involved a site visit and preparation of a report, which included budget
costings for the repair and maintenance works. Watts was also required to carry out a fire insurance valuation.
