Watts undertook a Post Project Review for the ODPM/Department
for Transport which took the form of a daylong workshop. This allowed
Watts to receive client feedback and to identify and
discuss elements of the project they were particularly happy with,
as well as those elements which could have been done differently.
The review allowed parties to express themselves openly and in
confidence. This ease of communication proved invaluable.
Watts undertook a rudimentary examination of client
project files in order to understand the project in general terms.
It was then requested that participants in the workshop contribute
to the process in terms of detail, and speak as fully and frankly
as possible with regard to the various aspects they were involved
in. A report on the issues identified in the workshop was subsequently
produced and passed to the client and all participants. |
