Watts held a framework commission with the Office
of Government Commerce to provide technical assurance services
to all government departments, non-departmental public bodies (NDPBs)
and local authorities. This framework, which has been competitively
tendered, means that all public bodies can procure Watts'
services without the need for their own tender exercise.
Watts' in-house expertise is extensive, and crosses
all sectors of the building/estates industry. Services include:
audits (compliance/forensic, H&S/environment); management advice;
post project/gateway reviews; advice on all FM arrangements, including
procurement and contract negotiations; PFI/PPP; quality management/
VFM/value engineering studies; technical inspections; condition
surveys; plant inspecations; and works programme assessment. |
