Watts was instructed to project manage the coordination aspects for the
intergration of a restaurant into the ground and first floors of the
multi-tenanted Ridgefield House. Included in the scheme was a distinctive first
floor extension and remodelling of the office entrance. Negotiations were
necessary with all affected parties and the restaurant successfully opened for
business on time.
Watts’ brief was to act as project manager for the incorporation of a new
two-storey restaurant into a fully occupied office building. Tasks included
liaising with office tenants, managing agents and tenant's design teams and
contractors.
