Watts was appointed by the client
to represent their joint venture partnership interest in this landmark three-year development, within the regeneration area of Salford Quays. The new construction comprises 246 private apartments in three high-rise blocks. Following the initial due diligence survey, post-contract services were provided, including project monitoring and employer's agent.
Watts provided cost consultancy services and worked closely with the debt provider. Faade treatments were featured to raise the profile of the design and to stay in keeping with other nearby statement buildings. The residential units feature air-conditioning and management systems, and the development includes ground-g level parking and concierge.
