Watts was appointed by the client to represent their joint venture partnership interest in this landmark three-year development, within the regeneration area of Salford Quays. The new construction comprises 246 private apartments in three high-rise blocks. Following the initial due diligence survey, post-contract services were provided, including project monitoring and employer's agent.

Watts provided cost consultancy services and worked closely with the debt provider. Faade treatments were featured to raise the profile of the design and to stay in keeping with other nearby statement buildings. The residential units feature air-conditioning and management systems, and the development includes ground-g level parking and concierge.

Watts provided a bespoke, technical service by utilising resources drawn from its London and Manchester teams to meet the client's landmark requirements.
