Stockbridge Retail Park is a purpose built L-shaped terrace of retail warehouse units located to the west of Linlithgow town centre. The property provides approximately 5,200 sq m of gross internal space incorporating mezzanine levels in a number of the units. Watts provided the client with an executive summary within 48 hours of inspection, allowing the due diligence process to progress quickly. The final report was issued within a week of inspection.

Watts was appointed to undertake a visual inspection of the property and to report any findings as to its general features, form of construction and state of repair. Watts was required to prepare a reinstatement valuation for building insurance purposes. Following an initial inspection and report, Watts was subsequently retained to ensure that items of work identified as being incomplete were adequately completed during the defects liability period.


The building works achieved practical completion in March 2006.
