Watts are providing project management and cost consultancy services on the Knoll development, which involves the provision of a new-build Georgian terrace, to provide 13 high-specification dwellings of approximately 280 sq m each. The houses are being built above a large underground car park, which gives individual access to each property. With specialist units arranged over four upper floors, the design will include a range of exclusive kitchens, bathrooms and finishes that sit alongside a sophisticated level of servicing.
Watts' brief was to provide strategic project management advice in the early stages of the project, as well as a range of cost management, planning supervisor and party wall services at a later stage. The role also included continual liaison with planners, building control, National House Building Council and private road owners, on behalf of the client.
