Following a freehold acquisition survey of Westway Industrial Park, Watts was instructed by the client to undertake a refurbishment scheme on block L.. Watts acted as contract administrator and planning supervisor and prepared specification and competitive tendering documentation for the client.
The works included: full external and internal refurbishment comprising of new roof and wall cladding; a new concrete floor slab; installation of new loading bay door access; full upgrading of the lighting system, including emergency lighting; the provision of a fire alarm system; and new soft and hard landscaping, with new parking bays provided.
