Watts Frankfurt office is the fourth office to be opened in Germany following a continued demand for Watts' services in the region. The property investment market in Germany is strong and is expected to remain robust for some time to come.

The Frankfurt office is expected to expand due to increased local demand following the success of the Berlin, Munich and Dusseldorf established offices. Opened in March 2008, the office is headed up by Klaus-Gerd Brandt. It is anticipated that future project work will develop on the back of the robust German investment market.
