Anne Marie McGrath is a chartered building surveyor and joined Watts in 2001.
She is an associate based in the Glasgow office with four years post-qualification
experience. The bulk of Anne Marie's experience to date has been in commercial
building surveying, including all aspects of surveying work including due diligence,
project monitoring, project management and dilapidations. She also plays a key role
in training graduates towards their APC.
Anne Marie has been involved in the contract administration side of building
surveying, preparing specifications and drawings and issuing certification during
building projects. Anne Marie was seconded to Germany in June 2006 for three months
to assist with the opening of Watts Berlin and Munich offices.
