Anthony Pugh is a chartered building surveyor and joined Watts in October 2005.
Based in Bristol he is a director and team leader of the commercial building
surveying team. The bulk of Anthony's experience has been in commercial
building surveying and he has considerable knowledge of all aspects of the
discipline. He specialises in pre-acquisition surveys for prospective owners
and occupiers and in providing dilapidations advice to landlords and tenants.
Whilst at DTZ Debenham Thorpe in 1994, Anthony took the lead role in devising
and setting-up in house practice manuals and procedures for compliance with the
CDM Regulations and carrying out the role of Planning Supervisor. Anthony
brings a wealth of experience and a client focused, practical approach to all
instructions.
Anthony specialises in dilapidations and is currently a member of the RICS Dilapidations
Forum Steering Group that aims to promote best practice in this field.
