Watts is a leading independent consultant to the property and construction industry. We pride ourselves on understanding and responding to the individual needs of owners, investors, occupiers, developers and managers of buildings. Watts is able to offer advice at every stage of the property lifecycle: the scope of our services covers the complete spectrum of building and cost consultancy, commercial building surveying, and building pathology and compliance. Our staff have extensive experience of working across the whole range of commercial, industrial, retail, residential, public and historic building types.

We have a network of offices throughout the UK, Ireland, Iberia, France, Germany, the Netherlands and Sweden working with forward-looking clients to realise their property and construction objectives.

Our approach has brought success. Now over 200 in 20 offices we are growing fast and are midway through an ambitious programme of investment and development.
