Brian Larter joined Watts in 2006 as a building surveyor in the Leeds office. He was promoted to associate level in November 2007.

Brian has experience in dealing with both blue chip clients and smaller private clients across a wide range of disciplines. He has considerable experience of providing contract administration and Employers Agent duties on both refurbishment and new build construction projects. More recently, Brian has focused on neighbourly matters and technical due diligence instructions.
