Chris Blackburn – Director

Chris Blackburn joined Watts in January 2008 as a director in the London based capital projects group. Chris is a chartered building surveyor and an essential member of the project management service delivery team. He is responsible for leading the business development and delivery of projects particularly in the occupier sector.

Chris has a proven track record in project management, contract administration and employers agent commissions for a variety of occupiers, investors and corporate multi nationals in the commercial office market. Chris has acted in both the private and public sector.

Chris has extensive experience in managing and delivering complex fast track projects within occupied properties as well as experience of undertaking strategic project management instructions.

In addition to project management he has experience of the due diligence role and has extensive experience of the lease disposal process and dilapidation negotiations. Chris also has an excellent understanding of project costs particular on internal refurbishment and fit out projects.
