Office: LONDON
Dave Dorrington joined Watts in 1996, was promoted to associate in 2003 and became the group’s quality manager in 2006. A member of the firm’s public sector team, based in London, he has worked in a variety of roles within property and project management, and contract compliance, primarily on the public sector and MoD estates.
After graduating as a civil engineer in 1986, Dave started his career with the Property Services Agency (PSA). He joined Watts to take over responsibility for organising and implementing routine compliance and specialist reviews for Defence Estates.
More recently he assisted the National Asylum Support Service (NASS) by developing and introducing new service specifications and grant agreements for national use. He also worked with the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) to devise an appropriate technical assurance regime for their national facilities management contract.
Dave’s professional expertise is enhanced by his methodical yet flexible approach, which results in balanced investigations that deliver effective solutions, not more problems.
