David Massingham joined Watts in March 2007 as an associate in the Manchester office and is experienced in all aspects of cost management. David’s core skills encompass cost planning, procurement advice and management, preparation of tender and contract documentation along with all aspects of financial management of construction schemes.
In addition, he is also skilled in carrying out project management and employer’s agent roles; monitoring of construction projects for funding institutions; dilapidations works; valuations; capital allowances; VAT relating to construction works; and financial maintenance planning and whole life costing. |
