Daniel Webb joined Watts in April 2002, initially in the role of Associate, and was promoted to Director in May 2003. Daniel's particular responsibilities include membership of the Project Group Management Board and responsibility for project management service delivery and business development.
Daniel has a proven track record in third party project management and integrated project coordination/contract administration for a variety of refurbishment and redevelopment projects for both investor and occupier clients, in a variety of markets. He has a wide range of experience that includes coordinating complex construction operations within continually occupied multi-tenanted premises and coordinating complex heavy refurbishment/development projects.
Daniel has experience of: project revival services; building acquisition surveys; design, specification and contract administration roles; health and safety planning; and landlord and tenant works, to name but a few. Recent project roles have included work for Scottish Widows, Corob Holdings Ltd, Standard Life, UNISON, London Merchant Securities and HSBC.
